Taste the Adventure with us here in North Carolina. You’ll explore and cook food that you’ve found from local farmers.
In North Carolina we search out devoted artisans, beekeepers, farmers, chefs. Our excursions are coupled with staying at a real working farm. We encourage the growth of our students into food citizens; ones who actively connect with the food scene at the deepest level, gaining an understanding why it’s important and what it takes to maintain not only your personal health, but how to feed and connect with your community, delicious healthy locally grown food.
We hope you enjoy this week and leave us inspired to find your place at the table. Perhaps you’ll entertain a career in the culinary world, cooking and developing community at your table. Or maybe you’ll champion sustainable ag and raise bees and peaches. So pass the plate – share – and always nourish yourself with people, verdant land and good food.
