This pop-up is the first in a three-part seasonal series, designed to bring people together around hands-on cooking, shared tables, and thoughtful food experiences. Each dinner in the series builds on the idea that cooking is not a performance—it’s something we do together.
Guests will mix and shape Kesra Matlouh bread spirals, prepare a vibrant early spring spread, and finish with a gently sweet dessert. Once the cooking is complete, we gather to bake, serve, and enjoy the meal family-style in a relaxed, social setting.
Chef Dorette Snover is the author of Tales of the Mistress and The Bread of Dreams, two works rooted in memory, ritual, and the quiet power of food at the table. This dinner marks her first book-inspired dining experience, translating the themes of bread, seasonality, and shared meals from the page to the plate. The evening invites guests to cook, taste, and gather in the spirit of her stories—where food is both nourishment and narrative.
