Join us for a bright, bold, flavor-filled day inspired by the sun-soaked kitchens of Southern Italy!
From Calabrian meatballs to rustic bruschetta, Pugliese potatoes, and Neapolitan zucchini, Kid Chefs will explore the regions where lemon, herbs, garlic, and olive oil shine.

This 5-hour workshop is hands-on, delicious, and perfect for curious eaters or confident cooks ready to try something new.

• 🍅 Polpette al Sugo (Calabrian Meatballs)- Herby, tender meatballs simmered in a rich Calabrian-style tomato sugo with a touch of chile. A cozy, comforting classic kids love.

• 🥒 Zucchine alla Scapece (Fried Zucchini with Mint & Vinegar)- A Neapolitan favorite: pan-fried zucchini dressed with mint, garlic, and a splash of vinegar.
