Class Description & Menu:

Get ready for a flavorful and one-of-a-kind evening.
In this hands-on pop-up class, you’ll explore the bold, colorful world of Asian-inspired tapas — small plates packed with big flavors — paired with refreshing, zero-proof mocktails.

You’ll learn how to craft delicious small bites like steamed buns, develop skills using the wok and creative Asian street food favorites. We’ll also teach you how to mix mocktails that sparkle with fresh herbs, fruits, and Asian ingredients like ginger, yuzu, and lychee.

Menu: 

• Steamed bun with pork chashu
• Fried (Age) Calamari, 
• Wok-Stir Fry , Udon Noodles 
• Mochi ko Vannilla Waffels, With Yuzu lemon custard

Mocktails: (there will be two different mocktails for this class!)

• Pinapple & Yuzu Spritz
• Sesame Honey Citrus Smash:
