Pop-Up Cooking Dinner

Join us in the kitchen for Catch of the Day, one of our pop-up cooking dinners at C’est si Bon!

These evenings are a four-course cooking experience where we prepare the entire meal together from start to finish.

WHAT MAKES THESE POP-UPS SPECIAL

These evenings are designed to feel more like a dinner party in the kitchen than a traditional class.

You’ll cook real dishes, learn techniques you’ll actually use again at home, and sit down to enjoy a full meal with the group.

And as always…

These events are BYOB, so bring a bottle of wine and make a night of it.

• Cornmeal-Fried Oysters with Gochujang Remoulade, Pickled corn & Shiso 
• Arugula Salad, Roasted Sweet Potato & Apple, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Buttermilk–Herb Dressing
• Pan-Roasted salmon  with Coconut-Spiked Rice Pilaf & Key Lime Beurre Blanc:
• Sweet-Potato Mochi Doughnuts with Sorghum–Bourbon Glaze

Please note that Mune substitutions are not available for this class
