Join us at C’est si Bon! Cooking School for a cozy fall evening in the kitchen featuring a menu inspired by the comforting flavors of Hungary and Central Europe.

This is not your traditional cooking class! We cook together, we clean together, and then you sit down to enjoy the meal we’ve created together in our French-style dining room.

During this hands-on evening, guests will work together to prepare the full menu while learning new techniques, flavors, and a few kitchen tips along the way.

The Menu

Caraway Caesar Salad
A savory twist on the classic Caesar with the warm, earthy flavor of caraway.

Nokedli Cacio e Pepe
Traditional Hungarian-style dumplings tossed with cheese and freshly cracked black pepper.

Rántott Hús
Hungarian-style crispy fried pork cutlet.

Szilvás Gombóc
Traditional plum dumplings for a sweet finish to the evening.

Please Note:
This is a hands-on communal cooking experience. Guests will work together to prepare the evening’s meal.

A minimum of 5 participants is required for the class to be held.

Due to the format of our pop-up dinners, we are unable to offer menu substitutions or modifications.

Menu is subject to change based on ingredient availability. Any changes will be of equal or greater quality and made at the chef’s discretion.
