$75 per person | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Ages 18+

This Table & Taste Experience is the third and final evening in the three-part, book-inspired series led by author Chef Dorette Snover, drawing from the themes of ritual, warmth, and spice found in Tales of the Mistress and Bread of Dreams. The menu leans into smoke, fruit, and gentle heat—closing the series with deeper flavors and a shared, hearth-style approach to cooking.

Guests will prepare skillet taboon breads with apples, assemble a smoky, sweet-savory salad, and finish with a spiced cake layered with citrus and honey. As with the earlier dinners, the evening concludes with baking, plating, and enjoying the meal together in a relaxed, communal setting

Savory: Smoked date, fig, and cabbage salad with Gruyere Fritters

Bread: Skillet taboon (Flat Bread)  breads with apples

Sweet: Walnut, honey, orange-ginger cake, Black pepper syrup

Beverage Option: BYOB (Wine or Beer)
