This table and taste experience is the second in a three-part, book-inspired series led by author Chef Dorette Snover, continuing the culinary narrative first introduced in Tales of the Mistress and Bread of Dreams. Building on the themes of bread as ritual and gathering as nourishment, this evening moves deeper into warm, savory flavors and shared preparation.

Guests will shape Ferro di Cavallo horseshoe breads, prepare a hearty, warm sausage salad rooted in a tested recipe from Bread of Dreams, and finish with the traditional Navettes of Marseilles—a fragrant, lightly sweet bread scented with anise. Once cooking is complete, the group gathers to bake, serve, and enjoy the meal together in a relaxed, communal setting.

Savory – Warm Rustic Sausage & New Potatoes, Shallots, Homemade Pork Sausage, Accented with Pancetta
