In Europe we search out devoted artisans, beekeepers, farmers, chefs, cheese makers, and chocolatiers. Our excursions are coupled with staying in authentic villages, auberges, and apartments with a true local flavor. We encourage the growth of our students into food citizens; ones who actively connect with the food scene at the deepest level, gaining an understanding why it’s important and what it takes to maintain not only your personal health, but how to feed and connect with your community, delicious healthy locally grown food.
