Date Night Po-Up is a hands-on cooking class and more. It is not for the faint of heart.

Come to C'est si Bon! add some mystery and surprise to your kitchen talk.

Play flavor games and make palette challenges while you prepare and devour a fantastic meal with your partner in crime. 

You will be guided through a simple yet extravagant multi-course meal under the tutelage of our Executive Chef, Erick Snover.  

With only four couples per class, this is a very unique experience for kitchen connoisseurs.

Class Overview:

In this intimate cooking class a small group participants will learn the art of making fresh papardelle pasta entirely from scratch. Starting with a basic flour-and-egg dough, they'll master the techniques of kneading, rolling, and cutting the pasta into those signature wide ribbons.

Once the pasta is ready, attention will turn to the creation of a classic Mother Sauce, Béchamel. Participants will learn the fundamentals of roux-making and how to slowly incorporate milk to achieve that velvety, creamy texture.

Alternatively, for those inclined towards a lighter, herbaceous flavor, they'll explore the vibrant world of pesto sauce. Using fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil, they'll blend these ingredients into a fragrant, green sauce that perfectly complements the homemade papardelle.

Throughout the class, emphasis will be placed on technique, flavor balance, and the joy of creating something delicious entirely from scratch. Participants will leave with newfound culinary skills and the satisfaction of having made their own fresh pasta and sauce from start to finis

We will be offering a Chefs Choice Wine Sampling to go with the Pasta Creation.
