At our culinary camp for kids, young chefs aged 8 to 14 embark on a delightful culinary journey, mastering essential kitchen skills, and igniting their passion for cooking through hands-on activities, playful palate games, and exciting challenges. Our camp fosters creativity and teamwork, empowering children to explore the art of food while having a blast in a supportive and engaging environment.

Example Daily Schedule:

  • Palate games – activities to develop students’ awareness of tastes and aromas, ending with a blind tasting bee.
  • Group cooking activity – a time to learn knife skills, create pasta from scratch, and cook with herbs and vegetables grown seasonally in our garden.
    • Break up into 4 teams.
    • Review recipes as a group
    • Hands-on preparation of recipes
    • Team presentation of recipes
  • Enjoy lunch – course by course
  • Discussion – students discuss what they learned and their favorite dishes
  • Kitchen chores
  • Dessert
  • Dismissal for the day
