one to one cooking workshops
private cooking lessons at c'est si bon!
- $250/per three hour private session OR
- $600/each three part series (9 hours of instruction)
bring along a friend to your first three hour session for just $75/per friend (price is additional to $250 first person price)
this is perfect if you want to:
- conquer your fear of baking or cooking (if there is nothing more frightening than the uncharted territory between the stove and fridge, this is for you!)
- save money and cook at home! making a fabulous three course meal in your own kitchen is possible and easier than you might think! let us show you!
- gain comfort and confidence in your kitchen - by cooking in ours.
once registered we'll email you savory or sweet menus crafted from over 1,000 of c’est si bon!’s archived recipes with either an italian, french, mediterranean, southern, or asian focus.
menu example of italian focus:
- fickle creek farms chicken stuffed with broccoli rabe and pesto
- grilled pomodori gratinati al forno (baked stuffed tomatoes)
- torta di semolina al limone (lemon semolina cake)

- tarte tatin from provence
- profiteroles with dark chocolate sauce

a two day 9 hour total experience/tuition $749
- day one is 6 hour culinary gathering of local ingredients from artisans and farmers markets to bring back to c'est si bon! lunch out included.
- day two, return to c'est si bon! for a 3 hour hands on cooking class preparing a customized menu of your choice.
