Our fun-filled and powerful curriculum encourages teens to expand their knowledge of international travel, conversational language skills, become food fluent, while plunging into life on foot, bike, paddle board, horse and kayak.
Our mission is to empower you and how you relate and work with others, expand your knowledge of the one of life’s most vital ingredients, working together. Learn the skills and confidence you will need to passionately develop, navigate, and fulfill your life mission and shape the world around you.

Teens in North Carolina- One Session Available
Session 1: June 21 - June 26 $1375 / teen, ages 12-17
In North Carolina we search out devoted artisans, beekeepers, farmers, chefs, cheese makers, and chocolatiers. Our excursions are coupled with staying at a real working farm. We encourage the growth of our students into food citizens; ones who actively connect with the food scene at the deepest level, gaining an understanding why it’s important and what it takes to maintain not only your personal health, but how to feed and connect with your community, delicious healthy locally grown food.
We hope you enjoy this week and leave us inspired to find your place at the table. Perhaps you’ll entertain a career in the culinary world, cooking and developing community at your table.
