c'est si bon blog

BIENVENUE! Welcome to the Freshly Harvested C'est si Bon! Blog

as we contemplate preparing a feast for family and friends at the thanksgiving table we want to express gratitude to all of our clients, friends, and colleagues who support the notion that cooking itself is a rewarding and nourishing activity.

we congratulate one of our teen-chefs, cydni baldwin, who placed in the top ten of the grove park inn gingerbread contest very recently.

in the interest of educating kids in culinary arts we follow sam kass, the white house chef, as fights against childhod obesity.

look ahead to the year of 2010, for the paris cookbook fair and the world cookbook awards.

please visit  the c'est si bon! blog for world culinary updates, happenings with our students, interns and participants, and bien sur, seasonal updates on the grounds at c’est si bon!
