adult chefs

our adult chef seasonable feast classes are designed to
impart a lasting memory, taste, experience.

we do so enjoy cooking with you –

whether you might be a culinary novice

or expert  all levels of cooking are

perfect for making lifelong friends

at a c'est si bon! group class.

each menu. each participant. one time only.

a little about how our seasonable feast classes work.

* * (please see notes below)

often we pair a book or a movie with our culinary theme
and so if you have a chance to watch or read the

suggested accompaniment, it might add to your enjoyment

of the class.

for instance here is a link to the book, chocolat,

by joanne harris for our annual chocolat feast class.

a visit to my planting cabbages blog explored

the food styling for the movie

starring johnny depp and juliette binoche.

by all means wear comfy clothes and shoes,
as we might venture to the garden to pick perky ingredients!

when you arrive we will have a few aps,
sparkling water and socialize for 20 minutes

(do drive safely, but please be as prompt as possible)

after our aps and ice breaker, the chefs of the evening will:

·        demo a course or two

·        review recipes

·        break up into groups for about an hour of cooking time

·        then, we'll sit down and enjoy our feast!

*any dietary restrictions or allergies, do let us know when you register.

*if for some reason you cannot make your registered class,
we need to know ASAP. if you cancel within 48 hours of class time,
we are counting on you! details of prep and shopping are in motion
so please send someone in your place! they will love you forever.

we await next month's kitchen adventure.  until then!

merci! dorette
